With our central office, we offer you a single telephone contact and a single number.

An operator confirms these reservations within an hour, by email with a description of the booked race.

Invoicing at the end of the month

We bring you a budget solution to better control the transport budget of the company with personalized accounts, adapted rates and a global billing at the end of the month.

By deleting expense sheets, your employees no longer have to make advances, and you can simplify your accounting for the management of travel and business travel expenses.

As we regularly do with our other account guests, we issue an invoice at the end of the month where we can attach vouchers (issued at the reception point by the hostess who booked) or booking references depending on the internal service that booked.

Budget control: affordable rates

The rates offered are fixed packages and available through a price grid.

The price is determined on the basis of:

• • the requested route (from point A to point B)
  • or the requested duration (rental at the time of the vehicle with its driver).

Reduced rates:

• • 10% discount on average on our basic rates
  • airport fees and taxes are offered to you

Integrating the environmental constraint                  

Biomotion is in partnership with an NGO (Geres) and a recognized label, the CO2 Solidaire label.

We are committed to offsetting all our carbon emissions, and to using low-emission vehicles.

In 2016, we offset the equivalent of 35 tonnes of carbon with this association.

By using our services, you reduce your impact on the environment. It also helps to reduce your transport-related pollution pole, which is included in your company’s annual carbon footprint study. Within this framework, we issue certificates attesting to the use of low-carbon transport services and your eco-responsible choice.
