MIPIM: what is it about?
MIPIM stands for “ International Market for Real Estate Professionals ". This is a trade fair that takes place every year in the city of Cannes, usually during the month of March. Each year, this professional event brings together several thousand participants from 100 different countries.

This year, MIPIM plans to host a new summit entitled “Housing Matters!”, in partnership with Co-Liv, starting on Monday, March 11, 2024, for a half-day. The main objective of the Summit is to explore innovative solutions to the current challenges of the housing market, such as growing demand for housing, rising prices and housing inequalities. Our goal is to continue to reduce our waste by about 10% each year. In addition, we are committed to reducing our carbon footprint by adopting practical solutions and supporting industry decarbonisation through our dedicated initiatives and conferences, as well as the MIPIM Awards. In terms of diversity, equity and inclusion, we are committed to maintaining a gender balance among our speakers, providing a platform for 16 Challengers under 30 to present their ideas to industry, and hosting special events focused on diversity. Finally, we strive to create a positive social impact by collecting materials and donating them to local associations and initiatives through our partner GreenBee.

Housed in the Rotschild Villa, this media library was first and foremost a large living room of the villa, where sumptuous parties and social gatherings were held.
Then we invite you to go to Rue Hoche, where you will find a panel of restaurants to lose your mind! We have a small preference for La Casa Di Nonna, a small Italian with a warm atmosphere, and a nice decoration.
